Service providers and availability

External providers may have independent terms, privacy practices, security controls, limits, and outages. We do not control their independent actions.

We aim to operate the service responsibly, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or permanently available access. We may maintain, limit, suspend, or change a feature to protect the service or respond to operational, security, legal, or product needs.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change the service or limit access when needed to protect users, rights, security, legal obligations, or the integrity of the service.

ChangesSecurity actionRecovery

We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The published version and effective date identify the current agreement. Material changes may require you to review and accept the revised documents before continuing to use protected features.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is unauthorized access, harmful or unlawful use, a security risk, a violation of these Terms, missing policy acceptance, or another legitimate operational reason. Where practical, we will provide an explanation or recovery path. Ending access does not erase records that must be retained for security, accountability, disputes, or applicable obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and application are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that public information, learning material, user content, or external services will be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory rights and protections remain unaffected.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Questions about these Terms, account access, or platform use should be sent to joycesbeira@gmail.com.
